Once you realize you are being stalked
there are several steps you can take.
Unfortunately, I cannot present them on this
page, due to my own stalker.

i sympathize with all of you.
As a victim, though, I am learning to stop the
harassment now!

and those who are simply twisted
and derranged!
I am starting to think my stalker is in the latter

A. A person commits harassment if, with intent to harass or with knowledge that the person is
harassing another person, the person:

1. Anonymously or otherwise communicates or causes a communication with another person by
verbal, electronic, mechanical, telegraphic, telephonic or written means in a manner that harasses.

2. Continues to follow another person in or about a public place for no legitimate purpose after
being asked to desist.

3. Repeatedly commits an act that harasses another person.

4. TRESPASSES ON PUBLIC OR PRIVATE PROPERTY.

5. SURVEILS OR CAUSES ANOTHER PERSON TO SURVEIL A SPECIFIC PERSON
OR AN IMMEDIATE FAMILY MEMBER OF A SPECIFIC PERSON WITH NO
LEGITIMATE PURPOSE.

6. LIES IN WAIT FOR A SPECIFIC PERSON OR AN IMMEDIATE FAMILY

7. VANDALIZES A SPECIFIC PERSON'S PROPERTY OR BELONGINGS OR THE
PROPERTY OR BELONGINGS OF AN IMMEDIATE FAMILY MEMBER OF A
SPECIFIC PERSON.

8. DISABLES OR TAMPERS WITH THE VEHICLE OR A SAFETY FEATURE OF A
HOME OR VEHICLE OF A SPECIFIC PERSON OR AN IMMEDIATE FAMILY
MEMBER OF A SPECIFIC PERSON.

9. REPEATEDLY MAKES FALSE REPORTS TO A LAW ENFORCEMENT, CREDIT
OR SOCIAL SERVICE AGENCY REGARDING A SPECIFIC PERSON OR AN
IMMEDIATE FAMILY MEMBER OF A SPECIFIC PERSON.

B. Harassment is a class 1 misdemeanor 6 FELONY .

C. This section does not apply to an otherwise lawful demonstration, assembly or picketing.
